SHIPPING

I currently only ship within the US. I would love to expand my shipping internationally in the future. 

All orders are hand-packed and shipped from New York via USPS within 4–5 business days of placing your order.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Note: Once your order is shipped, it’s in the carrier’s hands. Delays can happen sometimes, so if you need something for a specific date, it’s best to order a little in advance.

Since it’s just me packing and shipping your orders, things might take slightly longer during busy times, but I’ll always keep you posted if there are any delays.

Please double-check your address at checkout. I'm unable to reship orders sent to incorrect addresses.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

At the moment, I'm unable to offer returns or refunds. All sales are final.

If your order is officially lost in transit, please write to me and I will be happy to send a replacement.


CANCELLATIONS

In case of cancellations or change of mind, I do not offer refunds or exchanges. 


DAMAGED ITEMS

I take a lot of care in packing your order, but if something arrives damaged, please email me at hello@arfaasif.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and I will try to make things right.


MARKED DELIVERED, BUT NOT RECEIVED? 

Shipping can be a little unpredictable sometimes.

If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived yet:

  • give it a day or two (it often shows up!)
  • check with your building manager or neighbors
  • check with your local post office

If it’s still missing, feel free to reach out and I will try to help however we can.
