When will I get my order?
I work quickly to ship all in-stock items within 4-5 business days. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Worth the wait, I promise!
Where do you ship?
I currently ship within the US only. International shipping is on the way though, subscribe to my newsletter to be the first to know when it's available. Good things are coming.
What if something goes wrong with my order?
I've got you. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, reach out to me at hello@arfaasif.com and I'll make it right.
What if I don't like it?
I photograph everything as close to real life as possible so there are no surprises. That said, I'm unable to offer refunds or replacements in the case of a change of mind. But between us, cats are a little hard not to like. :)
What makes your art different?
Every artist has a unique voice, style and personality, and mine is no different. I make art that's playful, personal and made with an intention to give you a moment of joy, comfort, and a burst of good energy.
Do you use AI in your art?
Proudly, no. Every piece is 100% human-made. The only AI you'll find in my art is Arfa's Intelligence :D
